This event is delivered on the VNUQ platform and operated by Inicio, a Dubai-based sports, entertainment and lifestyle activation agency (The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates). Inicio is the data controller for your registration. For data-protection questions, contact info@inicio-me.com.

First name, last name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. We also record the version of these terms and the time you accepted them.

To register you for the event and administer gameplay; to verify you are 18 or over as required by UAE Federal Decree Law No. 26 of 2025; to administer prizes, including maintaining records required under UAE anti-money-laundering rules where prize value reaches or exceeds AED 11,000; and to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the registration form, under UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

Our infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics), acting as processors on our behalf. UAE regulators and law-enforcement authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

Some processing occurs outside the UAE by our infrastructure providers. Where such transfers occur, we apply safeguards consistent with UAE PDPL Article 22.

Registration and gameplay data are retained for 5 years from the event date to meet UAE anti-money-laundering record-keeping obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at info@inicio-me.com.

Under UAE PDPL you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), object to processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email info@inicio-me.com.

You may lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.
